Terms & Condition
1.You are not allowed to back out once you have sent in the order form.
2. Do purchase from us if you’re willing to wait up till 3 weeks.
3. Meet up will be held either in Tampines or Bishan and occasionally in Town [Somerset 313]
4. Do not rush us regarding your orders. Once the items have arrive, we will sent mass text/tweet/email to everyone.
5. If you back out, we will not refund you. Unless the item you wish to order is out of stock.
6. Only make payment when you receive our email, regardless for bank transfer or concealed cash.
7. Payments for bank transfer are to be made within 24 HOURS.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What methods of payment do you accept?
~ As for now, we will only accept bank transfer and concealed cash. Bank account number and address will be given.
2. If i opt for self-collection/mass meet up, where is it usually held at?
~ Self collection under our block at Tampines. Mass meet up will be held on weekends, when we have no schedule, somewhere around Town.
3. I’ve order from you, so when can i receive my items?
~ After we have process your order, please give us 2-3 weeks after the batch ends for your items to arrive. As for the autograph albums, it will take 3-5 weeks for the items to arrive after the batch ends.
4. If the items i order from you is damage and torn when i receive it via registered postage, can i exchange it with a new one?
~ We will not be fully responsible if the items is damage or torn. we also will not refund it. If you are collecting the items via meet up, do check the items carefully. Once you leave, we will not refund or exchange a new one for you. For postage, we will wrap it tightly with bubble wrap
5. Does _ include in _ ?
~ We will not take anything out from the items. Whatever that is suppose to be in it, will be there.
6. Do you accept overseas orders?
~ At the moment, we will not be taking orders from overseas. But we will do that soon!
7. Would you refund me if the items is out of stock?
~ Yes.
8. If i am unable to do bank transfer, what should i do?
~ You can do concealed cash. we will email you our address.
9. How will i know that my items have arrive?
~ we will mass text and also tweet about the items that have arrive. So it is advisable for you to follow us on twitter, @thesugarissues
10. If i need to ask regarding some things, where should i head to?

11. So how do i order?
~ Bank Transfer:
Step 1: Choose the items you wish to purchase
Step 2: Fill in your details on the order form and sent.
Step 3: Wait for our email with our bank account in it and transfer the total payment to POSB Savings.
Step 4: Wait for our email for the confirmation of your order and payment.
Step 5: Wait for the items to arrive. We will update all of you once its ready for collection.
~ Concealed Cash
Step 1: Choose the items you wish to purchase
Step 2: Fill in your details and choose concealed cash
Step 3: Wait for my email with my address and sent the payment to address
Step 4: We will email you once again when we receive the payment
Step 5: Wait for the items to arrive. We will update all of you once its ready for collection.
